Aged Rosé Vinegar - Little Reddie Nebbiolo

A limited-release aged vinegar made from quality and faultless wine grown in Heathcote, Central Victoria. A cook's vinegar that dresses neatly grilled peaches, pan juices, plump oysters or hot roast potatoes. 

Initially a blushing pink, this aged vinegar of three years dropped its hue, acetic shapeshifting, blonde Nebbiolo.
