A limited-release white wine vinegar made from quality and faultless wine made in the Yarra Valley. It calls for crisp greens, dijon, soups and roast chicken. 

This double-fermented unpasteurised living vinegar is suitable for splashing, shaking, dripping, or drinking along with anything overly sweet, fatty, vegetal or dull.
