Teenage Kissers - Ed Templeton

Around 1995, Ed Templeton began photographing moments of intimacy between young people, inspired by a suggestion to create a series similar to his portraits of kids smoking, but captured in a more candid, observational way. What makes this simple idea compelling is the emotional power of a kiss, which can evoke a range of profound feelings, much like a small action creating far-reaching ripples.
